2 – Turmeric
Regular consumption of turmeric can reduce inflammation. It contains curcumin which has anti-inflammatory properties. It is particularly effective for treating rheumatoid arthritis. Note that the effectiveness of turmeric is much better if it is taken with black pepper, ginger, or cayenne pepper.
- You can take turmeric capsules from 500 mg to 1000 mg 3 times a day.
- You can also drink fresh turmeric juice or a glass of almond milk mixed with a teaspoon of powdered turmeric and a little black pepper or ginger every day before going to bed.
